2008 will see the national launch of www.comemploy.com, the candidate direct to employer gateway – an online recruitment website that offers candidates direct access to employers. This means that they benefit greatly from direct job applications, not only from large cost savings, but also from the speed and appropriateness of the candidates applying.

Every effort is made to guide candidates to make appropriate applications. Our aim is to encourage candidates to invest time in ensuring that, as near as possible, there is consistency of their aims and experience with a job’s requirements.

Also, we advise strongly that candidates, who do not have the right to work in the UK, or in the European Union, do not waste their time, and that of employers, with needless applications. Of course, in instances where this requirement is not appropriate, candidates will not be so deterred.
